Hi,
Acording to my view and as same thing ic corroborated to me by others,I want to express that voting is generally done by confidential method,which can be achieved by ballot=box method(cheat submission) instead of mailing.
The ballot=box voting responsibility can be given to logistics team or I am ready to take the responsibilty.
