Currently we have 26 shareholders.
Total amount at hand is Rs 1,32,850--shares of worth Rs 1,28,000 and option premium as Rs. 4050.
Amount spent till is Rs. 450.
Cash at hand is Rs. 3550 and rest of the amount Rs 1,28,850 is in Jubin's account.
Persons requiring reimbursement kindly make a plain-paper signed voucher with detail itemised list of expenses and submit to me.
